National Health Center Week (August 7 – 13) is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s health centers over the past five decades. Community Health Centers serve as the beacon of strength, service, and care in their communities, and have been a shining light of hope during the pandemic.
St. Croix Regional Family Health Center offers medical, dental, behavioral health services, medication assisted treatment for people struggling with substance use disorder, and a variety of programs for people with limited financial resources. SCRFHC also provides an integrated approach to health care by treating the whole patient and combining appropriate services that a patient may need.
St. Croix Regional Family Health Center is celebrating National Health Center Week with several events:
Monday, August 8th, 3pm to 5pm, we’re having a Community BBQ! Come hungry and enjoy hot dogs, chips, watermelon & drinks. Plenty of food for all and everyone is welcome. Bring a friend to join is and hang out. Plus, we have giveaways and a Summer Fun Prize Drawing!
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we will be celebrating with fun activities for the staff so don’t be surprised if you see crazy hair, 80’s garb or random Super Heroes among our team members! (Truth is, they are all super heroes every day!)
Friday, August 12th, we’ll be closed for a Staff Fun & Wellness Day! We are so proud of our staff for how hard they work and how much they care for our patients and the community. They deserve a fun day!
